Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your SINCO account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
